Indo Canadian Golf Association Donates $4,000 to Aangen to Support Local Communities

The Indo Canadian Golf Association (ICGA) has generously donated $4,000 to Aangen, a not-for-profit community service organization, to fund the provision of 500 nutritious meals to needy and deserving individuals. The donation was announced during a recent event where Aangen provided food to the community.

Gurbeen Bhasin, Executive Director of Aangen, expressed profound gratitude towards the ICGA for their support and commitment to community service. “This generous donation from the Indo Canadian Golf Association empowers us to continue our mission towards eradicating poverty and addressing social injustices both locally and globally,” said Bhasin. “With their help, we can provide essential services and support to those in most need.”

Aangen is dedicated to delivering sustainable, solution-based responses to social challenges, including hunger and homelessness. The organization aims to break the cycle of poverty through innovative programs that not only address immediate needs but also provide long-term solutions such as employment opportunities for marginalized individuals, support for families in crisis, and more.
