Tiger Woods and his ex-wife Elin Nordegren made a rare public appearance together over the weekend as they proudly supported their son, Charlie Woods, during a major high school golf victory in Florida.
The former couple, who share 16-year-old Charlie and 18-year-old daughter Sam, attended the Florida 1A state championship at Mission Resort + Club in Howey-In-The-Hills on Saturday, Nov. 15. Standing side by side in the gallery, the two chatted, smiled and cheered as Charlie — the top seed on The Benjamin School’s golf team — helped lead his team to its fifth state title and first since 2023.
Photos from the event showed Tiger, 49, dressed in a blue-striped polo that matched his son’s, while Nordegren, 45, sported a Benjamin School white half-zip and black leggings as she watched the action unfold.
The championship win was a proud moment for the entire Woods family and marked Tiger’s first public appearance since undergoing back surgery last month — his seventh procedure to address chronic lower-spine issues. Last month, the golf legend revealed on X that he had been diagnosed with a collapsed disc, disc fragments and a compromised spinal canal after experiencing severe pain and limited mobility.
Charlie’s triumph also comes on the heels of another Woods family championship earlier this year. In March, Tiger attended his daughter Sam’s state soccer championship win with The Benjamin School, making 2025 a celebrated year for both of his teenage athletes.
Despite their divorce more than a decade ago, Tiger and Nordegren’s united support for their children continues to draw admiration — and this weekend’s reunion was yet another reminder of their commitment to family above all else.
