President Donald Trump Undergoes MRI Scan at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center – Results Reported as “Perfect”

President Donald Trump confirmed today that he underwent a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan during a visit to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center earlier this month, and described the results as “perfect.”

I did. I got an MRI. It was perfect,” the President said while speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One en route to Tokyo.

According to the President’s physician, the scan forms part of his ongoing health-maintenance plan, which includes advanced imaging, laboratory testing and preventive assessments. The physician stated that the President “continues to demonstrate excellent overall health.”

The MRI was performed during the President’s October visit to Walter Reed, following an annual physical in April of this year. The White House noted that the additional exam was part of a broader evaluation.

When asked why the MRI was ordered, President Trump replied: “Ask the doctors.”

The President’s recent physical in April included extensive testing and concluded he was “fully fit” for his duties, with no cognitive or physical limitations noted.

The White House provided no further detail on the specific reason for the MRI or the nature of the scan.
