Garbage and Recycling Collection Delayed
Brampton residents should also note a change to waste collection schedules.

For example, residents whose regular collection day is Thursday will have their waste picked up on Friday, Jan. 2, 2026.
Residents are encouraged to place bins at the curb by 7 a.m. on their adjusted collection day and to check their Region of Peel waste collection calendar or sign up for reminders to confirm their schedule.
