Giant Tiger Recalls Milano Giant Lade Finger Biscuits Due to Potential Mould Risk

February 12, 2025Giant Tiger has issued a voluntary recall of Milano Giant Lade Finger Biscuits (150g packs) due to concerns over possible mould contamination.

According to a notice posted on the Giant Tiger website, the recall affects packs with best-before dates of April 11, April 25, and May 16, 2025. These products were sold between December 17, 2024, and February 7, 2025.

The recall was issued out of an abundance of caution, as potential damage to the product packaging during production may have caused the biscuits to develop mould before the expiry date.

Consumers who have purchased the affected products are advised to return them to Giant Tiger for a full refund.

At this time, there have been no reported illnesses or adverse reactions related to the recalled biscuits. However, customers who have consumed the product and are experiencing symptoms of foodborne illness should seek medical advice.
