Flair Airlines Rolls Out Vacation Packages in Major Shift for Budget Travel

Low-cost carrier Flair Airlines has made a significant move beyond basic air travel with the launch of Flair Vacations, a new platform that allows customers to book flights and hotels together in a single transaction. The airline says the change responds directly to customer demand for a simpler booking process and better overall value, marking the first time Flair has offered vacation packages directly to travellers.

The new service is powered through partnerships with HBX Group and Onlinetravel, enabling what the airline describes as fully dynamic packaging. Travellers can customize trips of any length and add extras such as checked baggage, seat selection, activities and ground transportation, while remaining eligible for Flair’s On-Time Guarantee, which provides a $60 credit if a flight is delayed by more than an hour.

At launch, Flair Vacations includes package options to 12 popular destinations across the United States, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Cancún, Puerto Vallarta, Punta Cana and Montego Bay. The airline says Canadian destinations will be added in the near future, signaling a broader push to compete in the packaged travel market while maintaining its low-cost model.
