Classic Country Thursdays Bring Music, Dance, and Vintage Vibes to Port Credit

Mississauga’s waterfront is alive with country charm this August as Classic Country Thursdays return to Port Credit, running from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. every Thursday. The festival transforms the main street into a lively scene of vintage cars, live music, dancing, and family-friendly entertainment.

The Elmwood Lot Main Stage features a rotating lineup of performers, along with line dancing lessons from local studios. Visitors can also enjoy street music, mechanical bull rides, a mini Ferris wheel, axe throwing, giant games, and a prize wheel, making it a must-visit summer destination.

Special appearances include Brampton Batman on August 14 and Tim Burr the Circus Lumberjack on August 28. Admission is free, with events and activities spread across the Port Credit main street.

Classic Country Thursdays run only through August, so visitors are encouraged to join before the season ends. Full details are available on the Port Credit website.
