Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, is a cherished five-day celebration observed by Hindus, Jains, Sikhs, and Buddhists, symbolizing the victory of light over darkness. Brampton’s Diwali Mela mirrors these traditions, offering attendees a chance to experience the cultural significance of this festival through performances, prayers, feasts, and a spectacular fireworks display. It’s a perfect opportunity to celebrate with family and friends, embracing the essence of unity and joy.
