Southlake Club Promotes Healthy Living Through Weekly Yoga Sessions

Brampton, ON – June 2026 – Southlake Club continues its commitment to the health and well-being of community members through its weekly yoga sessions, which have become increasingly popular among members. This week’s session attracted over 50 participants, both in person and online, demonstrating the growing interest in wellness-focused activities within the community.

The session was organized and conducted by certified Yoga Instructor Anuja Kabuli, who guided participants through a series of yoga exercises, breathing techniques, stretching movements, and relaxation practices designed to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and mental wellness.

The program commenced with a welcome address by Anuja Kabuli, who highlighted the importance of yoga as a holistic approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She spoke about the benefits of regular yoga practice in reducing stress, improving mobility, enhancing mental clarity, and promoting overall well-being for people of all ages.

Participants actively engaged in the session, which emphasized the connection between a healthy body and a healthy mind. The weekly yoga initiative forms part of Southlake Club’s broader commitment to supporting healthy living, social engagement, active lifestyles, and emotional wellness among its members.

Amer Bhandhoal, who hosted the session, expressed his appreciation for the enthusiastic participation of members.
