BRAMPTON, ON (August 8, 2025) — Two men from Brampton are facing multiple charges after police seized a large quantity of illicit drugs and stolen property during the execution of a search warrant earlier this week.
On August 6, officers from the 22 Division Community Incident Response Team (CIRT), working in coordination with the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau, executed a Criminal Code search warrant at a residence in Brampton.
During the search, investigators seized Heroin and Crystal Methamphetamine with an estimated street value of over $110,000, along with stolen goods valued at more than $54,000.
Two suspects were arrested at the scene and have since been identified as:
Parveen Gill, 40, of Brampton
- Disobeying a court order
- Possession of stolen property
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Crystal Methamphetamine
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Heroin
Gurpreet Mangat, 26, of Brampton
- Failure to comply with a release order
- Possession of stolen property
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Crystal Methamphetamine
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Heroin
Both accused were held for bail hearings and appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
