Ranjit Singh Bagga Named Ontario Liberal Party Candidate for Brampton North

Ranjit Singh Bagga, a prominent Brampton businessman and entrepreneur, has been officially named the Ontario Liberal Party candidate for Brampton North in the upcoming provincial election on February 27, 2025.

Bagga, owner and operator of a chain of 10 golf courses, has been a key contributor to Brampton’s economy, creating numerous jobs and bringing over 30 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, recreation, and leisure sectors.

“As a Brampton resident and business owner, I know families are struggling—finding a doctor, finding a home, and managing rising costs,” said Bagga in a statement on his campaign website. “The Ontario Liberals have a real plan to fix these issues and make life more affordable. Brampton deserves better, and I’m ready to help.”

Bagga’s business expertise and community involvement position him as a strong contender in Brampton North, a key riding in the upcoming Ontario provincial election. His platform emphasizes affordability, healthcare access, and housing solutions, aligning with the Ontario Liberal Party’s commitment to addressing the pressing needs of Brampton residents.
