Prince Harry Returns to Toronto to Honour Veterans and Support Military Families Ahead of Remembrance Day

Prince Harry is back in Canada this week for a two-day visit to Toronto, where he will take part in several events honouring veterans and supporting the military community in the lead-up to Remembrance Day.

The Duke of Sussex is visiting at the invitation of the True Patriot Love Foundation, an organization dedicated to assisting Canadian military members, veterans, and their families. His schedule includes a private lunch and an evening fundraiser for the HALO Trust, a U.K.-based charity that works to remove landmines and explosive remnants of war — a cause once championed by his late mother, Princess Diana.

On Thursday, Prince Harry will visit the veterans centre at Sunnybrook Hospital, where he will meet with some of Canada’s oldest veterans. Later that evening, he is expected to attend a special dinner hosted by the True Patriot Love Foundation to further support the military community.

This marks Prince Harry’s second visit to Canada this year; he was last in the country in February for the Invictus Games held in British Columbia. His return underscores his long-standing commitment to veterans’ welfare and global humanitarian causes.
