Porter Airlines Expands Summer 2026 Network with New Toronto–Nashville Service and Six Additional Canadian Routes

TORONTO — Porter Airlines has announced a significant expansion of its summer 2026 flight schedule, introducing a new nonstop route from Toronto to Nashville along with six new cross-Canada routes and increased service on several popular destinations.

Beginning in May, travellers will be able to fly directly from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport to Nashville, marking the first time the airline has served the Tennessee capital. Known globally for its live music, creative industries, and cultural heritage, Nashville becomes a key new addition to Porter’s growing network.

The summer schedule also brings back the Toronto Pearson to Quebec City route and introduces new services connecting Hamilton with St. John’s and Winnipeg, Ottawa with Kelowna, and Montreal with Boston. In addition, Porter will begin nonstop service from Sudbury and Windsor to Ottawa, strengthening access to the airline’s expanding hub in the nation’s capital and improving connectivity across North America.

Porter is also increasing capacity on several existing routes to meet rising demand. Weekly flights from Hamilton to Halifax will double from seven to 14, Ottawa to Winnipeg will increase from seven to 12, and Toronto Pearson to Deer Lake, Newfoundland will rise from three to five weekly flights.

Several popular winter sun destinations will now extend into the summer season, including service from Toronto Pearson to Cancun, Costa Rica, and Nassau. Porter notes it will be the only airline offering nonstop summer service from Ottawa to select sun destinations.

Passengers travelling on Porter flights can continue to expect the airline’s signature onboard experience, including no middle seats, complimentary beer and wine served in glassware, premium snacks, and free high-speed Wi-Fi on routes operated with the Embraer E195-E2 aircraft.

With these additions, Porter Airlines continues to strengthen its position as a key player in Canada’s aviation market, offering expanded choice, comfort, and connectivity for travellers across the country and beyond.
