Ontario’s $6.5M Oakville Dream Home with a “Big Heart” Headlines Princess Margaret Home Lottery

Oakville— A breathtaking $6.5 million Oakville home at 60 Pebbleridge Place is the grand prize in this year’s Princess Margaret Home Lottery, offering Ontarians a chance to win one of the most luxurious homes ever featured — along with $500,000 in cash, bringing the total prize package to an astonishing $7 million.

Spanning 5,488 square feet, the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home is fully furnished, landscaped, and designed for both family living and elegant entertaining. Located in one of Oakville’s newest upscale neighbourhoods, the home is described by designer Syrina Gatta as having “a big heart” — anchored by a stunning 10-foot curved kitchen island that serves as the centrepiece of the chef’s kitchen.

The kitchen features hidden touches, including golden doors concealing a butler’s bar and a quartz wall with a hidden spice cabinet, while the mudroom offers a built-in dog wash station. Adjacent to the kitchen, the great room boasts 20-foot ceilings, wood beams, and a custom fireplace slab, creating a perfect blend of luxury and warmth.

Outdoors, the property offers an oasis-style backyard with a kitchen, fireplace, pool, and spa. The primary suite includes a double-sided fireplace and an elegant black soaker tub, while the lower level is built for leisure, complete with a wine room, sauna, games area, and bar.

Tickets for the Princess Margaret Home Lottery are available for $100 each, three for $250, five for $375, or 10 for $700. Additional ticket options include 50/50 draws and a cash calendar. Proceeds support the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, one of the world’s top five cancer research institutions.

Tickets must be purchased and delivered within Ontario, and buyers must be 18 years or older. The grand prize draw takes place on December 16, while early bird entries — for a $2.9 million Muskoka cottage on Lake Vernon and $50,000 in cash — close on November 21.

“The fall lottery offers over 17,000 prizes, including once-in-a-lifetime experiences,” said Miyo Yamashita, President and CEO of the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. “Every ticket sold helps fund life-changing research and gives hope to cancer patients across Canada.”
