New Video Reveals Intensity of Brampton House Fire Tragedy Resulting in Family’s Loss

A recent video has surfaced, capturing the devastating blaze that engulfed a Brampton home where the remains of three family members were discovered last week.

The footage, recorded by a neighbor’s doorbell camera, vividly portrays the house on Big Sky Way and Van Kirk Drive already consumed by flames before firefighters arrived on scene.

Large flames erupt from the roof, and thick black smoke fills the sky as emergency responders rush to the location.

The victims, identified as 51-year-old Rajiv Warikoo, his 47-year-old wife Shilpa Kotha, and their 16-year-old daughter Mahek Warikoo, lived in the home, according to police.

Authorities have classified the fire as “suspicious,” and the investigation, led by PRP’s Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau, is ongoing. The Office of the Fire Marshal, along with the coroner, is diligently working to determine the cause, origin, and circumstances of the tragic event.

The devastating incident has deeply impacted the local community, with neighbors expressing shock and grief over the loss of the “good family.” Investigators are urging anyone with information or relevant footage to come forward to aid in the investigation.
