Understanding Conditional Passes
Peel Public Health explains that a yellow conditional pass means a food establishment is not meeting all requirements under the Health Protection and Promotion Act, and that any issues posing a risk of illness must be corrected immediately.
A green pass means the establishment is fully compliant, while a red closed sign indicates a health hazard that forces a shutdown until the problem is resolved.
