One of Ontario’s premier golf and banquet destinations, Deer Creek Golf & Banquet Facility, has been sold to ClubLink Corporation ULC for $45 million, marking a new chapter in its legacy while ensuring the continuation of its esteemed golf, hospitality, and event services.
Established in 1989 by the late philanthropist and developer Jerry Coughlan, Deer Creek spans 445 acres and features:
- 45 championship golf holes
- A nine-hole short course
- A state-of-the-art driving range and performance academy
- A 57,000-square-foot clubhouse and banquet facility
Despite the ownership transition, Deer Creek’s operations—including daily fee golf, memberships, tournaments, weddings, banquets, and restaurant services—will continue as usual. The sale ensures that the club remains a pillar of the Ajax and Durham Region community.
