Coca-Cola Tops Q2 Revenue Estimates as Soda Demand Remains Strong

Coca-Cola exceeded Wall Street expectations for its second-quarter revenue, driven by steady consumer demand for its popular soda products.

The beverage giant reported a 2.5 per cent rise in comparable revenue, reaching US$12.62 billion, outperforming analyst projections of 1.86 per cent growth to $12.54 billion, according to data from LSEG.

The results underscore Coca-Cola’s continued ability to attract consumers despite broader economic pressures and shifting preferences in the beverage market. While questions remain about potential ingredient changes—such as swapping high-fructose corn syrup for cane sugar—strong soda sales continue to fuel the company’s growth.
