  • Ensure pathways are well-lit and clear of obstructions.

  • Avoid using strobe lights or loud, sudden noises that may cause distress.
  • Keep pets secure to avoid any accidents.

Pet Safety Tips for Halloween Remember that pets can become stressed with all the Halloween excitement. Here are some tips to keep them safe:

  • Keep pets indoors, away from the front door.
  • Store candies and chocolates out of reach, as they can be harmful to animals.
  • Only dress up your pet if they are comfortable in costumes.

Quote from Anand Patel, Director of Recreation, City of Brampton: “Our goal is to make Halloween in Brampton an inclusive and memorable experience for all. With a variety of accessible events, we ensure that everyone in the community can enjoy the magic of Halloween together. We wish all our residents a fun and safe Halloween!”
