Brampton, ON — The magic of the holiday season will once again come alive in Brampton this weekend as the annual Santa Claus Parade makes its joyful return on Saturday, November 15, 2025, beginning at 5:00 p.m. Presented by the Rotary Club of Brampton, the parade promises an evening of festive lights, music, and community spirit as families gather to welcome Santa Claus to town.
A treasured Brampton tradition, the Santa Claus Parade has been running consistently since 1985 and has been a nighttime spectacle for the past 31 years. This year’s event will feature illuminated floats, marching bands, costumed performers, and, of course, the jolly man in red himself.
“As one of Brampton’s cherished holiday traditions, the parade brings families, friends, and the community together for an evening of magic and celebration,” organizers said.
The parade will begin at Bramalea Road and Central Park Drive, travel north to North Park Drive, then turn west to conclude at Jordan Boulevard. The full procession will take approximately 60 minutes to pass any given point and is expected to wrap up by 6:00 p.m.
Residents are encouraged to arrive early to secure the best viewing spots and plan for limited parking in the area. Street parking along the parade route will be prohibited after 2:00 p.m., and roads will reopen by 8:00 p.m. Some nearby streets and parking lots, including areas accessible only from Bramalea Road and North Park Drive (such as Pineway Place and Salvation Army), will be temporarily closed to vehicle access until the parade concludes.
The event will take place rain, shine, or snow, so attendees are advised to dress warmly and prepare for the weather.
For those unable to attend in person, the parade will be broadcast live on YouTube, allowing families across the city to enjoy the holiday excitement from home. The viewing link will be available through official Rotary Club and City of Brampton channels.
As the floats roll by and the lights twinkle across the streets, Brampton’s Santa Claus Parade will once again remind residents that the true spirit of the holidays lies in togetherness, joy, and community celebration.
