Bonnieglen Farm Park Senior Citizen Club Hosts Seminar on Mental Health in Caledon

Caledon, Ontario —The Bonnieglen Farm Park Senior Citizen Club, Caledon, is pleased to announce an important Seminar on Mental Health to be held on Tuesday, October 28, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Hub Room, Southfields Community Centre, Caledon. The event aims to raise awareness about mental wellness, reduce stigma, and provide valuable insights into coping strategies for seniors and community members.

The seminar’s guest speaker, Mr. Sukhdev Singh Bedi, is a well-known community leader and mental health advocate with extensive experience in promoting senior wellness and mental health awareness. Mr. Bedi has been closely associated with Peel Health Community Services for many years, contributing his expertise to numerous initiatives that support the well-being of seniors, caregivers, and families in the region. His deep understanding of community health issues and compassionate approach to mental wellness have made him a respected voice in the Peel community.

“Mental health is not a private issue—it is a shared responsibility,” said Mr. Bedi. “When we talk openly and support each other, we create a stronger, healthier, and more compassionate community.”
