Technology-driven roles — particularly those tied to artificial intelligence — are leading Canada’s fastest-growing jobs, according to a new report from LinkedIn.
The platform’s annual Jobs on the Rise Report, based on LinkedIn user data from the past three years, highlights rapid growth across AI, infrastructure, health care, construction and sales roles as Canada’s labour market continues to evolve.
“AI is reshaping every stage of the employment journey — and many workers are trying to figure out how to stay ahead,” LinkedIn said in the report. “With so much in flux, identifying pockets of opportunity matters more than ever.”
LinkedIn noted that this year’s rankings show strong momentum in both technical and strategic AI positions, as well as in roles that support large-scale infrastructure and essential services.
