Product Details:
Sizes: Suitable for head circumferences of 19-1/2 to 20-1/2 inches
Colors: Pink, Blue
The recall affects Gasaciods Children’s multi-purpose helmets sold by Fengwang Sports. These helmets, which have red removable padding, black straps, and a black and red buckle with “GASACIODS” printed on the sides, fail to meet federal safety standards for positional stability, dynamic strength, and impact protection. As a result, they may not protect children adequately during a crash, posing a significant risk of head injury.
Action Required:
Cease using the helmets immediately and dispose of them to prevent further use. Contact Fengwang Sports for a refund. Only five units were sold in Canada between July and October 2023, and no incidents or injuries have been reported as of August 8, 2024.
