Toronto, ON — Canadian soccer fans will have their first chance to secure FIFA World Cup 2026 tickets beginning Tuesday, November 12, as FIFA launches its Domestic Priority Ticketing Window — an exclusive 72-hour opportunity for residents of host countries Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
This phase is open only to fans who previously registered for the Early Ticket Draw. Eligible Canadian residents will be notified 48 hours before their assigned purchase window, which will allow them to buy Single Match Tickets for games played in Canada, subject to availability.
“We’ve already seen massive interest from around the world for this tournament, and especially from within the host countries,” said Heimo Schirgi, Chief Operating Officer for FIFA World Cup 2026. “This domestic exclusivity period allows us to thank our local fans for their enthusiasm and support.”
During this exclusive window, 75% of available Single Match Tickets for this phase will be released. However, “cross-nation” purchases — such as tickets for matches in the U.S. or Mexico — will not be included.
Following the domestic period, the next global ticketing phase opens Monday, November 17, when both local and international fans will have a chance to buy Single Match and Team-Specific Tickets through another random selection process. The final sales draw will take place December 5, after the majority of group-stage matchups have been revealed.
