Brampton, ON — Peel Regional Police’s Fraud Bureau is asking for the public’s assistance as investigators pursue an ongoing criminal investigation into a Brampton lawyer accused of defrauding clients of millions of dollars.
Between July and August 2025, police received several complaints alleging fraudulent use of a lawyer’s trust account. To date, complainants have reported losses totaling more than $3 million.
The subject of the investigation is Mr. Pawanjeet Mann of PJ Mann Law, located at 214-5 Brisdale Drive, Brampton. According to the Law Society of Ontario, Mann’s licence to practice law has been revoked.
Investigators urge anyone with information or who believes they may have had fraudulent dealings with Mr. Mann to contact the Fraud Bureau at (905) 453-3311, ext. 3335.
