OPP Seek Public’s Help After Man Reportedly Approaches Children in Caledon Park

CALEDON, ON — Police are investigating a concerning incident in Caledon after a man reportedly approached children and invited them to his “lair.”

The interaction took place at North Hill Park, located at 14051 Highway 50, just north of Bolton, on May 31 around 5:45 p.m., according to Caledon OPP. The man allegedly initiated conversation with the children before offering them a meal at his residence, which he referred to as his “lair.”

The suspect is described as approximately six feet tall with a thin build, aged between 50 and 60 years old, and was seen carrying a green reusable bag.
