Mississauga is set to welcome an exciting new cultural and sporting event this summer with the launch of the Mississauga Hong Kong Festival – World Kong Cup 2025. Running from August 30 to September 1, 2025, at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre Sportsplex (5600 Rose Cherry Place), the three-day festival will celebrate Hong Kong’s rich culture, dynamic sports scene, and global influence.
The festival aims to unite communities through sports, fashion, and Hong Kong’s vibrant traditions, offering visitors an immersive experience with:

At the heart of the festival is the World Kong Cup 2025, an international seven-a-side soccer tournament that brings teams from Canada, the U.S., and beyond to compete in high-energy matches using a size four ball, reflecting Hong Kong’s unique football style.
